COZUMEL MIXOLOGY EXPERIENCE & DISTILLERY TOUR

Overview

The tour will take place in the first and only distillery in Cozumel! Our distillates are crafted entirely in-house with the utmost care, ensuring the finest quality in every sip. During the class, you'll have the opportunity to sample our signature cocktails while learning about the intricate process behind our rum and gin production. Our knowledgeable guide will take you on a tour of the distillery, revealing the magic behind our craft. As you explore our facilities, you'll be treated to excellent pairings as an aperitif, enhancing your tasting experience. Continue to the Bar where our skilled bartender will showcase some of our famous cocktails. To cap off the experience, our expert bartender will guide you as you prepare your own cocktails with Rum and Gin. Get your cocktail shaker in hand, you'll unleash your creativity and enjoy the satisfaction of crafting your perfect drink. An appetizer and one order of Tacos per person will be perfect to pair this experience. All cocktails and drinks will be prepared with the Rum and Gin produced in Cozumel's first distillery, where every sip tells a story of craftsmanship and tradition. ​

What's Included

• Welcome appetizer and cocktail

• Tour of the Destileria and brief explanation of the distilling process

• Rum and Gin samples (Option to have in cocktail form or alone)

• Cocktail Class:
  A. One shaker for every couple. 
  B. The class will include an explanation of ingredients, process, and decoration at the end. The shaken cocktail will be divided into two glasses and decorated so each person has their own cocktail to drink.

• Lunch Trio of tacos

• Plátano Frito with Rum
