I’d begin the morning with an El Cielo snorkeling excursion while the Caribbean Sea is calm and beautifully clear.

After snorkeling, I’d enjoy lunch at one of my favorite local restaurants away from the busiest tourist areas.

Next, I’d drive the east side of the island, stopping for photos of the dramatic coastline and enjoying the ocean breeze.

If time allowed, I’d finish with a little shopping downtown before relaxing with a drink along the waterfront and watching the ships prepare to sail away.

That combination gives you the very best of Cozumel—its incredible water, delicious food, beautiful scenery, and welcoming island atmosphere.
